Round Hill chooses and prepares only the best of the freshest of what is available locally, serving it with a continental flair and a trace of Jamaican accent. Mornings are special, with breakfast cooked to order by your cottage house keeper and served in bed or overlooking the sea, and what could be more seductive than a vivid Caribbean sunset and a cool tropical drink before a stroll down to dinner through gardens of jasmine and frangipani. Your meals will be served with a view of the sea, in the charming Georgian Colonial dining pavilion or on the almond tree terrace that overlooks Round Hill Bay. International cuisine is highlighted by Jamaican specialties such as fresh tropical fruits and superb seafood dishes. Breakfast is brought to your room or served on the verandah of your villa suite. The chefs' aim is to please, surprise and delight you with their specialities. However, if you with to order something not on the menu, please inquire with the Restaurant Manager. Those guests staying in the Pineapple House have the option of Room service (extension 347) or dining in the upstairs Georgian Dining Terrace (open from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.). Guests in the villa suites may fill out a breakfast form the day before with their breakfast selections and indicate the time they would like to be served. The form should be left outside the living room. The housekeepers' hours are 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Lunch is served from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. on the main patio, the lower terrace. Dress code is informal at all times during the day. Luncheon attire is casual, as well as that of the Monday evening Beach Party. Evening attire after 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday, formal (trousers and collared shirt for gentlemen). Please Note: T-shirts, shorts and sneakers are not accepted for evening. Shorts are allowed on Monday and Friday for Beach Party and Jamaica Night.
